I am sorry you feel the way you do, sir. As a Christian mother and a woman who has worked with children of all ages I feel I am very loving and caring to them all. I tried to show the same to your children as I would any other child. It's unfortunate when a child is allowed to yell at your nanny, spit at her, and constantly stick his tongue at her saying "I don't have to listen to you". Also even more importantly, as a mother I would not allow my child to hit or kick anyone, let alone an adult who is only trying to care for him. The reason I did not constantly tell you of these issues is because you are in the home, within in 50 feet. I was not going to complain all day as I knew you were on business calls and did not want to constantly snitch on the child, rather trying to talk to him so he would feel more comfortable with me. As for giving instruction and sitting back; I don't feel that is true. I do interact constantly with the children in my care. I: Held the children's hands as they were skating outside, got on the floor and played train, cars, and tumbled with them. I played soccer out doors with them, I sat with them during craft time and helped, and did craft right along with them. I helped them make their beds, we made lunch together, clean their toy room and played puppet shows with them. I honestly tried to have a good time WITH them. After being treated in a way by a child... yes, I did let Dad know that I would not be able to come back a third day, only after this behavior escalated to being hit (kicked) by the child 3 times, and father was informed all times. I still feel I am great with children of all ages, even after this position and will continue to think that way. Blessings to Mr. Rob and your children, I pray life's best for you all. :o)
