I am a dynamic, enthusiastic, responsible, compassionate, and loving nanny with eight years of experience who has earned trust and respect from children and parents. I consider myself a person who likes and enjoys working with children. I am very active, love running and working out often, therefore, chasing little ones works perfectly with me. I also encourage children in different outdoors and indoors activities for a balanced daily program that provide children with opportunity to play, share, enjoy and investigate. I have been able to use techniques to encourage children to learn while building a strong and good relationship. I understand that being a babysitter is a peculiar job where feelings are involved. The caregiver needs to connect with the child in order to have a great relationship. It is possible when the babysitter put the the child/children as her top priority. It is very important for me to have an open and respectful communication with parents to discuss children's daily activities/issues, and other priorities, if any. I have learned that every child is different, but all of them are great when caregivers demonstrate concern with tons of affection, attention and authority by following the parents' rules.
