I am a stay at home mom of three great kids, who are all in school full time. I absolutely love children and have provided child care in my home for the last few years. It has been an incredible experience to watch each child learn and grow, and it has been so rewarding to be a part of that process. I have 15+ years of child care experience. Previous to having children of my own, I was a nanny for a family with two amazing kids, and I spent many of my teenage years babysitting in the neighborhood and as a mother's helper for family and friends. It is a fulfilling job, and something I have grown to really love.
As a mom myself, I understand the need and difficulty to find quality child care, and I am truly committed to providing excellent care, and working together openly with parents so that your children can feel secure in knowing they have two families who love them very much, and you can feel secure knowing your children are well cared for, just as you would care for them yourself. I wish for each child's experience in my care to be a positive, happy and memorable one.
Weather permitting, we play outside in the fresh air everyday. I have a very large driveway for riding bikes & coloring with chalk, and a nice-sized, fenced-in backyard for blowing bubbles, running and playing games.
We also use our imaginations to play games indoors, do crafts, color, paint, read stories, listen to music, and practice age appropriate skills, such as learning colors, counting, and writing letters & numbers with educational worksheets.
