Margaret is currently our wonderful nanny to our 6 month old son (she has been taking care of him since he was 3 months) and unfortunately, our family will be moving to the East coast at the end of October. Were it not for this move, I would keep Margaret as our son's nanny and the nanny to all future children that I have - she is that amazing! Margaret is incredibly nurturing, trustworthy, reliable and loving to my son - I never have to worry about his well-being because I am certain that he is in the best of care when I am at work. She is very careful and his safety is always a priority. She has helped him to grow and develop his skills including singing songs to him, reading lots of books, playing with developmental toys and taking walks in the neighborhood and to the park. My son has required special physical therapy exercises - all of which Margaret diligently does with him, which has helped his condition improve tremendously. My son is healthy and well-nourished - I attribute this to Margaret ensuring that he consistently enjoys his bottles of milk and eats his baby solids during his feeding times during the day. In terms of punctuality, Margaret arrives at the house on time or earlier - which is important for my husband and I to leave for work. When I come home, the house is completely tidy (rooms and play areas are clean, laundry is folded and put away, the kitchen is spotless, all of the baby's feeding equipment are cleaned and prepped for the next day). At the end of the day, I can always rely on Margaret's feedback that she provides in our daily nanny journal as well as our conversations to discuss how the day went for my son before she heads home. I truly appreciate that Margaret is organized and has each day planned out. My son loves Margaret's high level of energy - I can tell by his squeals of delight when they are playing and having a great time together, his eyes light up when he sees her! As a first time mom returning back to work, it was so important to find someone who could be as close as a mother to my son as possible - Margaret is just that. With her many years of experience and being a mother herself, she has taught me so much and provided much guidance and advice based on her observations of my son. She has become an integral part of our family and it is important to us to help her find another family to join. I highly recommend Margaret and would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
