Hello! My name is Maggie. I have been working with children for about 10 years. I started out babysitting, then teaching swim lessons and Sunday school. I have a BA in Psychology and will be going for my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in the Fall. Working with children is my passion. I am getting my MA in counseling in hopes to work with children in that field as well. For the past two years I have worked in a Preschool, La Petite Academy, as an Early Preschool Teacher. I worked with children ages two and three but had contact with children from 6 weeks to 12 years. In the classroom I prepared lesson plans and carried out those plans. I love doing art projects, reading, puzzles, science, simple math, dancing and music, and just having fun and playing. I am very easygoing, creative, enthusiastic and have a lot of patience. For safety purposes, I do have First Aid and CPR certifications. Children are amazing and I love working them and seeing them learn through the years.
