I've been a nanny in Boston for 8 years. I was full time with a family in Brookline for 4.5 years. When the children outgrew their need for a nanny, I moved on to various part time work with families with children ages 5 months to 5 years. I am CPR and first aid certified, and can provide excellent references from all of my former employees. I am seeking new employment because one family I work for is moving out of the state, and the other family would like to hire me as a live in, and that is not possible for me.

As of September 2012, my mornings are currently open. I'd love to spend them with a wonderful new child with whom I can explore the parks, playgrounds, museums, and libraries of this culturally rich city.

Being a nanny has brought great joy to my life. I have looked forward to going to work everyday. I have never felt bored, as my job is full of meaning. Taking care of children is fun, and I believe I am particularly good at it. I bring creativity to my job, and in return, I find children are constantly motivating and inspiring me.

I believe in creatively engaging children. In my current jobs, we have done countless crafts that inspired the children to think outside the box. We have made movies with stuffed animals and full-scale homemade sets, invented games, taken field trips, had dance parties, baked, etc. I can provide you with photos of some of our craft activities if you would like!
