I recently just graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where I graduated in the youth ministries. I volunteered in the youth department at Rhema Bible Church for one year and also in the children's department for one year. I think being a babysitter or a nanny is more than just watching the children. It's about making relationships with them and creating a healthy environment where the children will learn and grow.
