Babysitting is something I truly enjoy, and I have over eight years of babysitting experience and was a mother's helper before that. In the past year, I have regularly babysat several little ones ages 8-15 months, and I am really fond of babysitting for this age. While two and under is my favorite age to sit for, I am also happy to babysit older kids.

While babysitting, the kids and I enjoy a wide variety of activities such as going for walks, playing in the park, cooking, and reading stories together. Since I work full time, I really appreciate the chance to be fun, silly, and creative while babysitting! I speak a little bit of German and Spanish, and I am certified by the Red Cross in Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid.

I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2012 and currently work full-time at the Disabled Students' Program, so on weekdays, I'm only available after 5:30 p.m. Before beginning work, I underwent a combined California Department of Justice and FBI background check and Live Scan fingerprint check, and I am happy to provide a copy of my clearance documentation.

I live in North Berkeley so I am especially interested in babysitting in that neighborhood, but am also willing to babysit anywhere in Berkeley and nearby parts of Albany, El Cerrito, Kensington, Oakland, and Emeryville. I have a car so I can provide my own transportation as well as drive your children if needed.
