I am an 18-year-old college student attending Stephen F. Austin. I have been watching children for 5 years now. I have a wonderful baby sister who is 2 years old. I have experience with children of all ages ranging from a few months old to 12, even 13 years old. I have volunteered at the Cypress Creek YMCA as a day camp counselor assistant, where I watched children of all age groups. Growing up I always had a babysitter watch me whenever my parents went out. I always had fun with her because she would come up with activities such as crafts and games for us to do. Ever since then I have taken on the wonderful opportunity to do the same for children today. I believe they should be put into a positive and fun yet safe environment! When I babysit I tend to bring a craft book with me that includes non-messy crafts and games. I am willing to cook (I can follow specific food restrictions and diets if necessary). I always make sure clean up after every activity so you nothing to worry about. Upon your return I will give the details of the night as far as what the children ate for dinner, what activities were done, when the last nap was, etc.
