Most recently, I have worked at the UCLA Lab School as a teacher assistant for the past two years. In this position, I work on the playground and in the classroom as a TA for children ages 4-9. I watch the children do recreational activities, assist them with their homework, do arts and crafts, read stories, prepare snack, play games, etc. I have also worked at church as one of two primary caregivers for infants and children up to the age of six. In this position, I cared for the children while their families attended weekly mass. I have assisted my mother in her early-childhood classrooms, and have babysat for over eight years. I have babysat infants and children up to 10 years of age.
