I am a dedicated childcare provider with over 10 years of diverse experience. My dream is to become a teacher one day. I am a mom of two boys - a preschooler and a 1st grader. They are a wonderful addition to most arrangements. I take my job very seriously although have a tons of fun doing it. I can be funny and silly, but also structured and firm. I'm highly motivated with a strong commitment to developing an innovative, creative, safe, clean, and fun environment for children. I have an active, energetic, and enthusiastic personality. I am very open, caring and affectionate. I usually build close and strong relationships with children and families I work with. I strive to keep kids busy with activities appropriate for their age that support both physical and intellectual development. We have a single family, safe and kid friendly home. I like to engage children in activities out of the house if applicable. We have a fenced in yard with a small vegetable garden in the summer, two gigantic maple trees for shade and a swing set. We take lots of walks, go to parks, biking, library, children museums, etc. We also have plenty of things to do indoors: arts and crafts, abundance of books, toys and play sets for all ages, puzzles, lego's etc...you name - we've got it! I love to cook, bake and play with food and encourage kids to participate.
