I am a mother of a 14-month-old daughter, and for the past 10 months I have opened my home to a 3 and 5-year-old girls via foster care. My foster children have recently returned to their mother. Prior to the birth of my daughter I babysat for a family of 5 children ranging in ages from birth to 15. I babysat multiple days a week for them until the youngest was three and they moved. I also clean, cook, and shop if need be. Finally I have a very reliable minivan with only one seat taken by my daughter so plenty of room to drive to school and appointments, or just to go to the park.
