I want to be a nanny because I think that I have a lot to offer to any family and because I get excited thinking about meeting a new family and spending time with them, and eventually considering them friends, and family....

I have a deep love for people in general and love spending time with families and children of all ages. Growing up I had three younger sisters, so at times I felt like I was their second mother! I want to be a nanny because I think that I have a lot to offer to any family and because I get excited thinking about meeting a new family and spending time with them, and eventually considering them friends, and family.

I have had that in my past nanny jobs, and I get so much life from it. As a college graduate I still feel like I have so much to learn and explore that I would feel honored to be able to learn from a family- the parents and the children. I also feel like I have a unique ability to help children use their imaginations.

I grew up in a environment where I was always highly encouraged to be imaginative and to create and explore things, and I feel like I now can help foster that in children. I suppose it is why I pursued an art degree and want to teach and live around art for the rest of my life. All in all, I am very excited about this opportunity and I look forward to working with a family!
