I called Luda the morning of the event we hired her for to remind her/ confirm that she would be there that evening. She said she would. She then told me that the last time she did childcare at one of our events she didn't think the other childcare workers helped enough and they shouldn't have gotten paid the same as her. I let her know who she could talk to that evening if she felt she needed more help.
