I am employed full-time by FL Dept of Health. I am CPR certified and First Aid trained. I have been baby-sitting since I was 11 and have five nieces and nephews that I have also sat for. I'm highly experienced in children of all ages and cultural backgrounds. I am registered for five years with a local nanny service to do occasional baby-sitting. I have also cared for children with disabilities to include ADHD, autism, CHARGE syndrome and a deaf child. One night a week I sit at a local domestic violence shelter to care for the kids whose moms attend the support group. I have also cared for children whose parents wanted a weekend away. I enjoy children and all you can learn from them. Pets aren't a problem either. Activities I enjoy to do with children include coloring/ painting, drawing, swimming, play doh, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, playing outside, reading and pretty much anything else that kids like to do. I do my best to follow the discipline guidelines that parents have set in place as well as adhering to any religious beliefs that are followed. I care for other children as if they were my own. My sitting experiences are memorable and happy and ones that get me callbacks over and over.
