Ms. Luz babysits my 1 and 5 year old boys regularly. She engages them very well in play and they respond equally as well to her. She is always on time and has been very flexible on short notice. She is trustworthy, kind and has just a great temperament which is important for young kids. One recent Saturday while she was with my boys, my 5 year old was running a high fever. I was taking an exam and my mobile was off. Ms. Luz swung into action. She took his temperature, then contacted one of my emergency contact and let them know while she administered a fever reduced. She consoled him until it went down. It was reassuring to come home and know that they were in good hands.. My family were very impressed with her. My son has attended the Chesterbrook Academy in Ashburn for the past two year and that where we met Miss Luz. She in one of staff members and has been a godsend since we have been there. On days when my son is grumpy and not happy about attending school Miss. Luz always takes him and gets him to change his attitude.
