I am a 21-year-old who just moved to pursue a degree in Occupational Therapy. I was a Teacher's Assistant/ Early Intervention Instructor working with non-verbal children who have Autism. Since I was 16-years-old I have had jobs working with children in various settings (school, itness instructor, babysitting, etc.) so I truly believe I have the heart and patience needed to work with and also teach children. I am attending college this Spring semester to pursue a degree in Occupational Therapy.
At age 5 my family moved overseas. We resided there for six years, but were fortunate enough to come back every summer and Christmas to visit family and friends. Growing up overseas played a major part in building my character because we were able to travel and see different countries and cultures and I realized at a young age that I was blessed to have things I was given. So as for my character traits I am grateful, honest, loyal, positive, friendly, patient, mature, energetic, wise and responsible and would hopefully be able to pass some of those traits to your children.
