I had owned and operated my own daycare which included three special needs children. I had taken a few classes in Early Childhood Development. I did this for five years, proceeded by working with the elderly and those with handicaps. I worked for private agencies as well as in a nursing home. Whether caring for a child or a senior, my focus is on the individual to give the best care possible to help reduce the stress of the family and to form a bond with the child or senior. I follow the instructions given by the family or parents whichever the case may be to insure the safety and best care. I am very dependable and easy to talk to.
