Lori O.

I've known Lori over two years now and highly recommend her for any type of child care role. I have a two-year-old son whom she watched from time to time and our families have spent a lot of time together. She has a background in teaching and is a parent herself, however, those aren't the qualities that stand out to me when I think about Lori. She's a genuine person who is responsible, caring, and nurturing. She genuinely cares about children and is willing to meet each child at his or her own level. I've often noticed the way she'll get down to a child's eye level while talking to him or her helping the child to feel heard and valued. I also know Lori takes safety seriously and I was never worried while my son was at her home, instead I knew he was in good hands. I have also seen Lori in a classroom setting with young children and witnessed the incredible control she has on a group. I cannot recommend her enough; she is truly invaluable.
