I've been caring for children of all ages from newborns to teenagers for the past 10 years. The experience I have is mainly from taking care of my younger siblings at an early age. Ever since then, I found that I had a great connection with kids. I love spending time with them teaching and guiding them in every way possible. They always fascinate me with their incredible ideas, and gleaming smiles. As of yet, I do not have any children of my own, but care for them as if they were. I have been told many times that I am very patient, fun, reliable, honest, organized, and responsible. I am bilingual in Spanish; I speak, write, and can read it. With all my previous experience working with infants, toddlers and children including teens, I feel extremely comfortable with supervising children at all ages. While babysitting I like to approach different activity ideas for fun, and exercise besides watching television. For over 10 years, I have been swimming competitively. It is one of my favorite sports. So I wouldn't mind supervising children while in the pool. I also love to play board games along with video games. The activities vary depending on time of day and children's ages along with parents' permission. I enjoy being surrounded by kids and will do anything to keep them happy and entertained. I am also a Disney Pixar movie fanatic, and love movie nights. I love cooking and baking. It is one of my favorite things to do, so I do not mind making a quick lunch or dinner. I am always looking for new recipes to try. I am a high school graduate and have attended college, but I am not finished yet. On my free time I try to volunteer for good causes. I have worked with Let Me Sail, and tutored children at shelters. I have recently joined to volunteer with the Special Olympics. On another note, I do not mind helping with homework, or light housekeeping. I am open to staying overnights, and long nights for dates when necessary too.
