I have been involved in childcare for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was around my mother as she had childcare in her home. When I was 13, I was already being asked by family friends and others to watch over their children. I've been involved in watching over children in a Bible school, helping kids with their homework at school while their teacher stepped out for a minute. I even worked as a Sunday school teacher for kids ages 0-9 years. I have also been on short vacations with many families to also watch after their children. In the future, I plan to be a teacher. In college, I have been through many child development classes including education psychology, children and adolescent development and a family and marriage class.In the school year of 2011-2012 I was also given the privilege to work for an elementary school as a tutor, which I really enjoyed and plan to return until I graduate. Children deserve to have a loving, fun, and caring nanny and I'm certain that I can give that to your child or children.
