Amongst my other life activities, I have been lucky enough to spend 11 years of providing quality child care. I have experience in daytime, weekend and overnight care for up to three children at a time, ages newborn to 8 years old. My care experience includes outdoor play, meal preparation, arts and crafts, outings and day trip adventures, story time, game playing, singing, clean up, bed time preparation, and various age appropriate activities. I have cared for children with ADD, Asperger's Syndrome, and Autism, and have education in early childhood development as well as general psychology. Additionally, I offer beginning Spanish and baby sign language as a part of your child's care should you desire it.

As far as why I am passionate about child care, I am a person who needs a job that I can invest myself in. Caring for children is, to me, the most important job there is. Children need attention, education, routine and most especially love. I understand life can be demanding and the full-time care of a child can place undue stress on a family. I look forward to contributing the attention, care and love a child needs to mature as a confident, happy, healthy individual so the parent(s) in the family can focus on life's other pressures and pleasures.
