I received by B. A. in Special Education from Brigham Young University in April 2010. I love working with children and enjoying helping them to learn. Through being trained in special education I have learned that there are many multi-sensory ways for children to learn. Whether through a structured classroom setting or through games and play there are always ways to facilitate child learning.

I had a younger brother with severe disabilities and I have spent my life helping those with some form disability or another. I have always enjoyed helping others. As a teenager, I enjoyed babysitting for about 7 years. I love children of all different abilities!

Throughout my employment and volunteer opportunities, it has been necessary to adapt quickly to change. I enjoy meeting new people and am not afraid to walk into places or situations in which I don't know people. I understand the importance of being on-time and being dependable and I am capable on both counts. I am willing to do light housework and I am committed to be a positive example to those I help.
