I have spent my summers for the past six years watching two of my brothers as they grew up. This gave me the experience to handle children of any age (newborn - 11 years is what I have encountered thus far) and to also manage multiple children at the same time. I have babysat for family friends with twin girls and have watched up to four children at one time. I have also worked as a classroom volunteer in a local preschool class that consisted solely of exceptional education students. In that environment I learned how to adapt to the different needs of all children ranging from little ones with ADHD to those with Autism and even a darling little girl with Down syndrome. These diverse experiences have taught me how to handle children of all ages and abilities.
