Our daughter, Riley, was only 3 months old when Lauren came into our lives. A few minutes into the interview, we knew we were going to hire her and it was the best decision we could have made. Riley was not the easiest baby and Lauren exercised great patience and love when it came to our little bundle. She took care of Riley for 6 months and not once did we doubt her ability or love for our daughter. Lauren is so much more than just a caregiver. She truly dedicates herself to the growth and development of children. I credit Lauren for many of Riley's "firsts" including pushing up during tummy time, crawling, and pulling up on furniture! Lauren watched Riley go from fussy 3 month old to super happy crawling 9 month old. Each morning she shows up, Riley gets a big smile on her face because she knows it's going to be a fun day! Any family is lucky to have Lauren in their home taking care of their children. She goes above and beyond each day. Her and I have become friends and I cried when we had to tell her we were moving. She's someone I plan on keeping in touch with and I know Riley will always hold a special place in her heart as she does in ours.

We hired Lauren to nanny for our newborn son when he was only 10 weeks old. We were introduced to her through Care.com and immediately felt extremely comfortable in trusting her to care for our first born. Lauren is honest, dependable, sincere, personable, thoughtful, sweet and really just an incredible person. She took her role in caring for our son seriously and personally. From the first day, Lauren worked diligently to learn about us, our son and how we wanted him cared for. In our absence during the day, she was invaluable in aiding in some of his early developmental milestones. Not only did Lauren become fast friends with our son, she became like a member of our family. Our son loves her, we love her, so will you!
