My name is Lauren, I am going to be 25 years old in August. I have over 12 years of nanny and babysitting experience, with great references. As of right now I work for the state full time, unfortunately I was informed that funding is being cut, therefore hours will be cut as well. I was a full time nanny before this job opportunity and would love to get back into it! I have been babysitting since I was about 13 years old. I watched neighbor's children, family and friends of my parent's children all throughout high school. I became a nanny right after high school. I watched two girls (ages, 3 and 6) and one boy (1) four days a week. While going to school I also babysat on the side. I was a nanny for three girls 2 days a week while studying cosmetology. While working at a salon (Thurs, Fri, Sat). I was a nanny for four boys (Mon, Tues, Wed) for 11 hours each day. I now work in public housing and babysit on Mondays for a couple hours for two children. No matter where I am in life I have always found the time to work with children. Eventually my goal is to open up a day care.
