Hello! Thank you for taking interest in my profile. I have been a full time nanny for the past 5 years and view this as my career. My current position is ending shortly and I am looking to make another long term commitment to the right family.

A little about myself... In the fall of 2008 I graduated from Western Illinois University with an Elementary Education degree. Soon after graduation I moved to Wisconsin for my husband's job and we settled in quickly to the West side of Madison. Caring for children has been part of my life since high school when I became an aunt for the first time and started weekend babysitting positions. But it is during the time of my move I found the joy of working with children outside of the classroom on a full time basis.

I have endured formal training throughout my education process at the university, as well as hands on experience from multiple year-round nanny positions within the past 5 years.
Most recently I have been taking care of three children, including 1 and 5-year-old boys and a 3-year-old girl. I enjoy organizing frequent, age appropriate trips and play dates with the kids, anything from simple park visits to the museum or open gyms. Direct supervision, meal preparation and transportation are just a few of the tasks that are implemented on a daily basis in the household or out in the community.

Overall, I am very comfortable with children and enjoy the excitement they can bring to the day! I would be happy to answer any further questions or provide a resume and references if you think I am a good match for your family.
