I have had a good number of babysitting jobs since I was in high school. My first two years of college at Moody Bible Institute, I took care of an elementary aged boy two to three days a week. I got him meals, helped him with his homework, played games, and did fun activities with him. For the past two years, I have been babysitting with another girl for a group of about 6-10 babies and toddlers once a week for a few hours. I have a little sister, now a third-grader, who I have helped care for as she has grown. This past summer, I had a nannying job for a few weeks while the parents of 8 children were out of town. I have had numerous other care-giving positions over the past 8 years. I enjoy caring for children, and I desire to create a fun, creative, encouraging, and engaging environment for kids that I nanny.
