I have been a nanny for the past four years, and have eight years of child care experience. Over the past few years, I have built long-term relationships with two wonderful families, working part time with each. I love working for these families and seeing the children mature and change. I love being a part of their learning process in its varied facets. Sometimes it's inviting a 3-year-old to craft a pizza recipe with you, and then letting them help in the preparation work. Other times, it is dressing up like Egyptians and teaching a 4-year-old about Cleopatra. Still other times it's cuddling up in a big chair and reading Goodnight Moon until an infant falls asleep. I love the beautiful moments I get to spend with children in the day to day life, and am willing to handle a few temper tantrums along the way.
