I've been caring for children since I was a child. I am the eldest of 8, so I had to be the second mommy. When I wasn't caring for my younger siblings, I was babysitting for neighbors and other family members. While in high school, I took childcare classes, and shortly after the birth of my daughter, I worked as a daycare provider in the toddler room. I have cared for an autistic child and assisted his mother in homeschooling. Also, I am the mother of a 15-year-old daughter, so I have plenty of life experience. I currently care for a 4-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl, I have been with this family for one year. This is my second time working for them. I home schooled the daughter last school year, but this year she and her brother will attend school full time.
