As a high school senior I took a Preschool Education class. The first half of the year we learned about teaching and how children function and learn from the ages 3-5. The second half of the year we had about 20 children come into our "preschool" where we sang songs, had themed lesson plans, creative snacks and field trips relating to the themes. After high school I became a nanny for twins in Green Brook. For the past 4 years I've cooked, cleaned, drove them places and helped out with school work. I'm only leaving my family who I've grown so close to because the children are heading to high school themselves in September 2012. I've also babysat numerous neighborhood children and friends of the families children as well.
