My name is Kristin Minotti and caring for children has always been a passion of mine. From an early age I helped my mother teach Sunday school classes at our church and continued working with children all throughout middle and high school helping in after school day cares and working babysitting jobs on the side. Before moving back to Florida 3 years ago I was fortunate enough to work with a company called ARC. For 2 years I worked in a home with children who had disabilities, one of those years being an overnight shift. I was responsible for everything from house maintenance, homework, events, meal prep, even being a disciplinary figure to the kids. With most of them being abandoned by their parents and relatives we were a family to these children. I have also spent time volunteering at organizations such as Easter Seals. As far as babysitting jobs, I have worked with a single child to a 6 children home. I've worked with an equal mix of boys and girls, ages ranging from infant to teens.

I understand coming into your home that this is your family and I will respect that in the highest regard and have no problem following the rules and guidelines you have set for your children and household. My personal approach to caring for children is to try and incorporate learning into playing, cooking and preparing healthy meals and more time spent being active than sitting in front of a TV. I'm a photographer and artist myself so I really enjoy doing craft time and fun activities.
