Hi! My name is Kristin and I have been babysitting and caring for children since I was 12 years old. I have attended babysitting classes, learned CPR and am actively involved in my Church's Children's program. I am currently the Children's Church Coordinator and have worked in the nursery since the age of 13. I am comfortable caring for any age of children, from newborn to teens and I have first hand experience in caring for kids with autism and down's syndrome. (Both my younger brother and cousin have autism, one high functioning the other severe, and I have babysat for a friend of my mom's whose son was born with down's syndrome). I am also not intimidated by large groups of children as I regularly have many children in Children's church and I have also babysat for five children at once.
Not only do I have many years of babysitting experience but I also sincerely enjoy spending time with kids. I am the kind of babysitter who takes great pleasure in spending the whole day making crafts, playing games, baking, helping with homework, providing meals, and just making sure that while I am there, my whole focus and attention is centered around the child(ren) I am watching. I can assure that I will always do my best to ensure that each child is well cared for, loved, and appreciated.
