I have been involved with children in some way, either in my professional or personal life, over the past 10 years. It is where I am the happiest and most fulfilled. I was a competitive swimmer in college and began working with children by teaching swim lessons and working as a swim coach.

I first gained experience as a nanny by working as a mother's helper for a family for two years while I was in college. I finished college and received a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology and began a successful career in fitness. I taught children's fitness and yoga classes at various health clubs and resorts, and eventually had my own business. I went back to school and obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and realized that my passion was really working with children.

I have since gained experience with several families. While I was in graduate school I was a babysitter for a family of six children ages 0-12 over the course of four years and learned a lot about children. Over the past couple of years, I have worked part-time as a nanny for several families, giving me versatility to work with any age group.

I am hoping to find a great family that is looking for a nanny to become part of their family. I like to engage in cooking, crafts, reading, and going places, such as the AZ Science Center, Arizona Natural History Museum, Children's Museum of Phoenix. I am creative, organized, and am glad to help out any way I can by cooking, cleaning and doing laundry while I work.
