I have about 10 years of paid experience with children of all ages including 5 years of nanny experience and some years of experience in watching special needs children. I have a certification as an Emergency Room Technician which involves knowing how to work well under stress and fast paced situations. In the Emergency I can take vitals, draw blood, preform EKGs and many other valuable skills. I was a coach of Special Olympics for 3 years during high school and I was also a lifeguard for 2 years in college I still maintain all of my knowledge of this subject but I let my certification expire. I love caring for children because they bring me joy and happiness. I come from a family of 10 kids (yours mine ours) so I know how to hold my own with little ones and in a kind caring and gentle yet stern way. I am not a pushover but not a mean person either, and I am a very outgoing young woman.
