Kristen has been very kind with our two boys even when they have been difficult (as 3 and 5 yr. old boys can be). She's also extremely reliable. When she says she's going to show up, she's there on time to the minute. In general she's just a sweet, kind young woman. Exactly the type you want for your kids. We still use her once a week. I highly recommend her.
