Hi my name is Kristen. I am 21 years old and am currently completing my second semester of the nursing program at Sacramento State University. I will be graduating in May of 2013! I have been around kids my entire life and babysat numerous times. I have worked professionally with kids for 8 years as a summer camp counselor at various places including H. A. R. D, the YMCA, and the City of San Mateo. I have also worked at a couple different after school programs during the school year for elementary and middle schools. I tutored math for 3 years for a boy and girl during grades 3-5. When I worked for the City of San Mateo, I was a special needs teacher, and worked 1:1 with a 6-year-old autistic child. I have worked with kids of all ages from newborn to 17. I am outgoing, caring, and responsible! I enjoy being outdoors and staying active, but also enjoy relaxing and watching a movie! I am in school until the end of May and can start babysitting in June. I will be in class from 10:30-1:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, otherwise I am pretty open!
