I am currently teaching first grade in Hudson, MA. I attended Boston College as both an undergraduate and a graduate student, where I majored in Elementary Education and Human Development as well as received a master's degree in Special Education.
I have worked with children of every age group and of varying behavior and learning disabilities throughout my life. I have babysat for over 60 families in the past 13 years and I have also done some full time nannying. A few summers ago I was given full responsibility over two boys who lived on Martha's Vineyard for the summer while their parents stayed in Acton. In addition, over another summer, I nannied for a family between their home in Newton and their Cape house. During yet another summer, I nannied for a family in Natick where I held full responsibility over their 4 and 6-year-old children.
I have also tutored and substitute-taught children of all ages and have worked in various elementary school settings through my student teaching and work experiences. I have worked in grades 6, 5, 3, 2, 1 and kindergarten - and I love them all!
