We interviewed five individuals and chose Kristyn to provide full-time and respite care for our child. Our child is a 2-year-old girl with dietary, sensory, and transitional challenges. Kristyn came daily the week before her full-time care position to learn the routines, diet and meet the therapists. Even through some minor challenges, Kristyn remained calm and successfully redirected our child. Kristyn followed our parenting philosophy as we demonstrated completely. Our child was happy, relaxed and stress free each evening when we came home. Kristyn provided us with a daily report of our child's activities. Our child demonstrated her comfort with Kristyn and willingness to have Kristyn return to care and play with her. Kristyn is dependable, trustworthy, and creative. We appreciated that Kristyn shared her love of music by playing her guitar occasionally during child care. We intend to stay connected with Kristyn as a respite care provider for now. We were glad that Kristyn brought the ethics of professionalism to each day that she worked for us. We thank her deeply for the excellent care she gave our child.
