I would love to become your part-time morning nanny! I am currently working for a family in Hyde Park (Chicago) from 12 p.m. -6 p.m. , M-F. I would love to find a family in Hyde Park who is looking for M-F 8 a.m. -12 p.m. help, however those hours can be flexible if you are willing to entertain the possibility of a nanny-share. A little about me: I have been a professional nanny for over eight years. This is a career for me, not something that I am doing until I find a "real job". I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and taught kindergarten for two years. I have also taught in preschool, first, and second grade classrooms. I have a reading endorsement, as well as a minor in Psychology. I truly enjoy spending time with children. Every part of your child(ren)'s morning with me will be filled with natural learning experiences: from counting the peas on our plates to singing silly songs about animals! My purpose and goal is to serve the needs of your child(ren) by creating and maintaining a fun, loving, safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
