My girls were sick and could not go to Preschool, Kim responded to my email within 30 minutes and was at the house 15 minutes later. She took care of my sick kids, read books with them, helped them pick up their toys, and took the extra step of washing dishes when the girls were napping. I will call her again to watch my girls.
