Although we did not select Kim as our nanny (due to my child having a very specific need and finding someone with a great deal of experience in this area), I would highly recommend her. I have always been somewhat nervous of younger nannies due to the inexperience, but Kim has a great deal of experience. She has a lot of great ideas and methods she utilizes when working with children.
