Kim has been working trustingly in our home for approximately 7 months. She's performed beyond our expectations as a provider and care giver to our child during her period of employment. From the beginning, Kim was extremely enthusiastic and motivated to learn the routine in our home, and she quickly adapted to our family life in minimum time. In fact, everything she did lived up to her resume and qualifications, and she performed her duties with no supervision needed. She also frequently put in long hours to develop lesson plans for our child and monitored his progress daily. Kim is very skilled in: * Supervising and caring for children of ALL ages * Planning, organizing, preparing and serving meals daily * Bathing, dressing and feeding infants and toddlers; to include diaper changing * Developing lesson plans and teaching school age program academics * General housekeeping (as needed) Kim has numerous strengths, but from our observation her number one strength, in my opinion, is her nurturing and caring personality. She always seemed genuinely interested in our child 's mental development and presented new ways of teaching that captured his attention and imagination for higher learning. In summary, Kim displayed the unique qualities that make a nanny in this business successful! She is very reliable, trustworthy, highly motivated, and in sync with the requirements of family and children. Our son has learned so much from her compared to other nanny 's in the past, and we know confidently the future of his academic foundation is in-place.
