I just graduated with my Bachelor degree in Elementary Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I have had a passion to work with children for my whole life, and had many experiences in babysitting from the time I was around 12 on to even this past summer as a newlywed and recent college grad. Although I am certified to work in the classroom, I have a desire to help out children and families on a more personal level. I am able to relate well with children, feel comfortable taking them on errands, accompanying them to fun activities, and helping with homework or other household chores. I have worked at summer camps as a part time volunteer and counselor through local churches as well as gone through extensive student teaching and clinical hours in the classroom. I am willing to work part time as needed for babysitting, or full time as a nanny.
