Hi! I'm 22 years old and a college graduate. I'm just finishing my first year of graduate school (Columbia University) to work with children and families.

I'm looking for a summer nannying position and can start after mid-May and am available until the end of August.

Experience:
* I've been babysitting for over 10 years. I have cared for children ages 1-13.
* I have several babysitting references in Manhattan.
* I was also a camp counselor for four years (preschool, kindergarten, second and third graders).
* I have two younger brothers who are both special needs children with learning disabilities and epilepsy, so I'm comfortable working with children who have special circumstances.
* I am very comfortable (and happy!) around pets.
* I am a non-smoker who cannot babysit in smoking households.


When watching children, I try to make sure they're having fun while still learning. I know many educational games and also love to do projects that can incorporate science or learning other languages. I do arts & crafts and am extremely energetic.

I have spent the last year babysitting a bunch of children in the area and would love to meet yours!
