I have recently relocated from MN, where I ran a family childcare program out of my home for the last six years. I fully enjoy working with children and helping them learn new concepts. My work with children started at 6 weeks of age and up to 10 years, when they would graduate onto an after school program. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, with numerous hours of trainings relating to the health, safety and education of infants, toddlers and preschoolers. I have also taken car seat safety and transportation training, have a clean driving record, and I am willing to take your children to activities and playgroups they may be involved in. I offered preschool curriculum in my program, and will be bringing those tools with me to a nanny position. I have two children of my own, my older son will be in third grade and my younger son going into first grade. I would like to keep them with me before and after school if at all possible, but I am willing to look into school-aged programs for them as well. I enjoy the outdoors and am quite active. I am willing to cook, clean, help with laundry and yard maintenance; anything you need to make your life a little more relaxed. I currently have an active childcare license through the state of MN, and I am working on my pre-licensing classes to become a provider here in CO. If the opportunity comes along where a family needs me to provide in-home care in more of a daycare setting, I am willing and able to do this as well. I have all of the equipment, toys, tools and experience needed to provide a safe, loving learning environment for a family of the right fit.
