I am currently interviewing with families in need of multiples night nurse services. PAMOM is my main area however I am happy to work with families of multiples in the DFW metroplex.
I offer over 10 years in-home state licensed childcare with toddlers and age appropriate curriculum. The age ranges for the childcare and nanny services I have provided range from birth to seven years. When I was doing in-home childcare, I typically provided care for 6-8 children, varying in ages. Recently, I have two years of NICU care for multiple births with follow up care as a night nanny and sleep trainer. I am trained for in vitro parent situations and premature births. I have worked with five sets of twins over the past two and a half years. Also available are my excellent references and experience resume for you to review. I am CPR certified. The strong desire I have for providing care for children of all ages comes from my belief that all children deserve the opportunity to grow in a healthy, loving, and nurturing environment. I love helping children and infants learn and develop healthy skills and thinking.
My experience with infants, twins included, has taught me one important thing and, it is simple: no two babies are the same. Just remember that and watch what each of your babies needs, desires, responds to, and is comforted by. Those keys make the happiest babies. Just being aware and responding, when appropriate, is a huge part of creating the environment that builds healthy families. Many parents wait to give the baby attention until when they are crying or fussy. But by giving them attention when they are awake and happy, it reassures them and builds a confidence, which reduces the fussy times or reduces the amount of comfort needed to calm your baby when they are upset.
