My name is Kelly, I'm from NY and I'm almost 22 years old. I have a lot of childcare experience.
I have been babysitting since I was in 7th grade for the same family, who were initially 1 and 3 and are now 7 and 9. I've spent 3 summers as a camp counselor working with kids from ages 3-8. This past year I frequently babysat a 5-year-old adopted girl (adorable!) while going to school at college. I also did AmeriCorps for one full school year when I was 20, I was a teacher/mentor for a 5th grade after-school classroom and a tutor in Santa Rosa, CA. Each work day was 7-8 hours. The children I worked with were from ages 6-12 and needed help reading and writing. It was a life changing experience and I'm now thinking about becoming a teacher. I've successfully completed 3 years of my undergraduate degree in Psychology and I have concentrated in child development.

I love being active, I'm an avid hiker, and I the kids that I know think I'm a fun person because I'm engaging and I like to teach others. I hope to hear from you!
