I have worked in the child care /daycare setting for 10 years now.

I started working at Excel Learning Center from June 2002 to August 2006. I worked with all kids from babies to 13 years old. I went on field trips with the older kids and played with the babies and 2-year-olds.

I worked at Little Darling's from October 2006 to December 2008. I was the Assistant Teacher in the baby room. I would feed them, change them, bottle feed them and put them in the bouncer or on the floor for belly time. The babies came in with their own feeding schedule that changed every 6 months. I love working with babies and watching them grow.

My most current job was at Just Children. I started working there in September 2011 but I quit in June 2012. When I worked full time, I worked in the 2.5 / 3-year-old classroom. I was potty training them, teaching them how to feed themselves and also being independent (opening their own snacks.) When they needed help they always knew I would help them. When I went to working part-time I worked with the Pre-K classroom and we did A LOT of fun activities; bowling, an art project everyday, read them stories based on the theme of the week, and did homework if the parents asked me to.

I am a very reliable person and I just love what I do. Kids are the best thing because they always make you happy.
