I am a step-mother of a 10-year-old boy and mother of an infant born early September 2012. I have many years of experience as a care provider, and wish to open my home to the joys of more children.

Raised on farm life, I learned to be responsible at an early age. This responsibility included caring for my younger sister. As children I would watch her during the summer days when my mother was at work. Filling our time with arts and crafts, music, and playing pretend, we had a great time. Since then I babysat for neighbors and friends until I moved to Kenner, LA. Now I care for my two children and would like to expand my caring to other children as well.

I am in college with my major being Elementary Education. I enjoy making teaching fun, and have wanted to teach since I was 6 years old. This plays a huge part in sitting as I am not a baby sitter that sits the children in front of the television all day; instead, I prefer to get the children active in educational and fun activities such as arts and crafts.

I am a non-smoker, do not drink or do drugs. I will be respectful of your wishes and boundaries since they are your children and should be treated as such.

While I do have an hourly rate listed, I do give weekly and sibling deals!
